Couple Therapy

Clients having Relationship difficulties and dissatisfaction seek our Couple Therapy (CT) Services. Working with Couples is our specialty. Couples usually come to see us because they feel disconnected, misunderstood, and alone. They might be having a lot of fights or might be barely talking. They feel stuck in the relationship, can't get on the same page or see eye-to-eye, can't get their needs met and can't feel their partner. One or both partners might also be experiencing personal symptoms and having a difficult time managing themselves.


Couple Therapy assists couples develop a conscious and synergetic relationship where the partners are on the same page, connected, happy and growing individually and as a team. From this place they can handle anything and achieve anything. This is what we call a MetroRelationship™.


The treatment and approach assist the couple see their "complaints" and symptoms in context gaining a new framework to understand their relationship and their partner. With this insight and new understanding they start working as a team and creating the relationship they want. The work provides them with an understanding of how they created their dissatisfying relationship and dynamics, how they get stuck in their vicious dissatisfying cycle of relating and become symptomatic, how to break this cycle and relieve symptoms, and gives them relationship tools and skills to heal and grow creating a MetroRelationship™.


We work with single couples, pre-marital couples, married couples, and post-marital couples of all ages and length of relationship.
